We are a team of Clinical Counsellors with graduate degrees and specialized training. We use evidence-based treatment approaches grounded in neuroscience to best meet your needs. We provide online and in-person counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families.
In person and virtual sessions are available. Please note that gender-neutral washrooms are not available.
