We have have been providing effective and affordable counselling services to individuals, couples and families in the Lower Mainland since 1998.

We offer counselling services in English, French, Italian & Spanish.
Our counsellors have extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients from various ethnic and economic backgrounds. We have counselling sessions available 6 (six) days a week, including Saturdays, and we are proud to offer a Sliding Scale fee starting at $30 for low income clients. Limited free counselling options available.
