We provide a variety of options for holistic healing in the form of virtual-counselling to any location Canada-wide with a clinical focus given to mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. We are a highly diverse team of clinicians, with decades of experience, that offer support for nearly any issue that can be treated in a digital outpatient capacity. As this application is specifically for MindMap BC, we have numerous practitioners that specialize in proving support to any individuals identifying on the Two-Spirit, trans, and LGBTQ+ scale.

These questions were developed in collaboration with community members, researchers, and mental health and other service providers. They're intended to help us understand what a service provider or organization is doing to affirm and support sexual and gender diverse service users.

All of us are not specialized in this area, but the ones who are, the answer is a certain, yes. Overall, we all do our best but clients coming in from this referral would be placed with specialized counsellors.

As far as we're aware, there are no barriers to accessing our services for anyone who wishes to receive them. The only thing that comes to mind is that we are a digital agency so they must have a digital device to access us.
