Trans Lifeline is run by and for trans people. Trans Lifeline is a grassroots hotline and microgrants non-profit organization offering direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis – for the trans community, by the trans community.

Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. We believe that some of the best support that trans people can receive is from trans community members with shared lived experience.

Call us if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans. This hotline is confidential and anonymous. Trans Lifeline members will not call 9-1-1, emergency services, or law enforcement without your consent.
