Peer support and health navigation for transgender, Two Spirit, gender diverse, non-binary, and questioning individuals or family of gender diverse people living in the East or West Kootenay region. We run monthly peer support groups as well as offer 1:1 support and can help with gender journeys, information around gender affirming care and social/relational transition.
